1993 / Ankor Group

Created through the merger of three motor companies, Swedish Motors among them, the motor group was named Ankor as it symbolically means stability and also refers to Viking ships – a nod to the Swedish founders. A straightforward, elegant wordmark was developed so it would not conflict with the existing company logos. The distinctive spelling makes the name unique.
